A JXTA AccessService implementation which utilizes the PSE Membership service to make access control descisions.

This Access Service is essentially an interface to PKIX Certificate path validation. The trust anchor for the validation takes the place of the The privledged operation for access determination. If the provided credential cannot be validated against the provided trust anchor then the operation will be disallowed.
